Return Policy

If you are not completely happy with the purchase you have made, you may return the product(s) for a full refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

  • Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Product(s) must be in original unopened condition.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

  • If the product(s) is defective, incorrect, or damaged on delivery, we will reimburse your reasonable costs of return (up to the value it would have cost to return the product using Royal Mail standard service).
  • You may choose to either replace the product(s) (if the same or equivalent products are available) or receive a full refund including delivery charges.
  • Product(s) must be complete and in “as delivered” condition, supplied in the original packaging.
Return Process
  • Returns should be sent via Royal Mail standard service.
  • Always obtain a certificate of posting.
  • Email us quoting the order number before returning an item.
