| When will I receive my order? |
| UK Shipping, If you are in the UK (mainland) and the item is in stock, we will dispatch within 3 working days of receiving payment. Smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail, other items will be sent by courier. When ordering, please leave instructions for the courier if you are unlikely to be there to sign for your delivery. | What happens if I’m not at home when you try to deliver? |
| To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be available to accept it. We will deliver to a family member, neighbour, place of work or leave in a safe place as instructed if it is more convenient for you. In this case, please ensure you use the alternative address or instructions when placing your order. When in Your Cart, click on “Add a note to your order“. If no-one is available to accept your order, a card will be posted through your letterbox to explain how you can arrange re-delivery or collection. |

| We deliver to the UK. Orders up to 2kg in weight will be posted with Royal Mail, orders over 2kg will be sent via courier. Shipping to EUROPE Delivery Charges For Denmark, France and Spain, please order via our stockists (see Stockist Locator https://pro-equine.com/stockists-locator/ ) We can deliver to most European countries using Royal Mail International BUT there is a weight limit of 1.7kg. Orders to mainland Europe up to 1.7kg will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked at a flat fee of £15.00.
